The Milk District
25”w x 12”h
Watercolor and Gouache on watercolor paper
Unframed
My painting was inspired by T.G. Lee who revolutionized the milk industry in Orlando. I set the scene in the 1920s back when T.G. Lee first started his business. My “milkman” is enjoying the company of his fellow companions taking a drive around town in an old Ford. If you look closely, they are all sharing the different flavors of milk: Strawberry, Chocolate, and Almond.
